Summer internship at Fillip Technologies for 6 weeks
Hi, I am Nishant B.Tech 3rd year student from bennett university and I am going to share my experience at fillip tech. Like every other student this semester it was hard for me to get the internship. But finally after a interview I was successful in getting internship at Fillip tech.
About Fillip tech :
It is a web designing companies with a lot of professional experience and made websites for many companies, small businesses, etc.
Learning :
Here I learnt varous thing like HTML, CSS, JS , but beside this I learnt many disciplines like how to coordinate, manage team, etc. In this we learnt many small details in HTML, CSS which I would have never done seriously earlier. It was very good part. In this the meeting we used to do was very helpful in learning bugfixes. How we created new elements. All those thing were a good experience.
Exposure:
As it was a service based company I learnt to deal with other companies, thought process of clients. It was first time I wad a HR which was really helpful in arranging meeting, solving my problem, etc.
It was like I was an employ not an intern. I did same sort of work but the best part was after they taught me new skills.
The daily meeting gave me some sort of exposure to agile model which might help me a lot in future as most of companies follow agile model.
Pandemic effects :
Due the Covid-19 I had to do it from my home. Which had both good and bad effects.
Good part was that I didn’t had to go to office.
Bad part was that I didn’t had that office experience and didn’t made any good links or new friends.
Also adjusting or resolving an issue took hell lot of time as we cant easily go to desk show them and resolve but otherwise it was a good experience.
Team Work
The best part was working in team did solved a lot of problems as we solved mutually in case of any issue. Team divided the work according to interest of person which gave us the best output. Tea also
